Shadow Work Printable

This is a discovery exercise about finding repressed identities and the fears that stop us from expressing them. 

It's based in Jungian shadow work, and was shown to me many years ago by a very wise teacher. I was able to reconstruct it from old notes and memory because I really wanted to find it and to make sure it exists. Any support will help to develop more exercises and improve this one.
